Cardiovascular fitness refers to the efficiency of the heart’s ability to pump blood and oxygen to the body, which, in turn uses that oxygen. Would you like to walk up the stairs without losing your breathe, continue to play the sports you love, keep up with your energetic kids, do that work out, and keep do all of the things you enjoy that little bit easier? As your CV fitness improves, your activity levels will increase and you’ll be able to face those challenges with a little more confidence. Exercise is one way to achieving all this.
At me fit, my approach is to make this as much fun as possible, whether I take you on a run through the park, cycle through a planation or boxersize in the garden, it will take your cardio fitness to a new level.
