Every week we have a different workout so you never get bored. With a great mix of cardio and resistance exercises (usually bodyweight) and working in teams or pairs to keep you moving when it gets tough..and it will! Workouts can be altered depending on your current fitness level.
Every Saturday 9:00am. Mooragh Park, Ramsey.
